Payment
Full payment of £7,000 is required before any work begins. Payment is non-refundable once the mold kit has been dispatched. Payment is made via Stripe.
Mold-Taking
A mold-taking kit will be posted to you within 48 hours of payment. You are responsible for taking your mold accurately following the instructions provided. Your mold will be inspected before production begins. If the mold is not usable, we will advise you on how to retake using the materials already provided in your kit.
Production and Delivery
Estimated turnaround is 4-8 weeks from mold approval. This is an estimate, not a guarantee. Your wig will be shipped via tracked and insured courier. International shipping costs may apply for orders outside the UK.
What Is Included
One fully bespoke hand-knotted wig built to the standard Build a Wig specification. Minor trimming for style. Packaging and UK delivery.
What Is Not Included
Fittings. Major cuts, shaping, or length adjustments. Colour services. Styling or setting. These services should be carried out by a hairdresser in person.
Returns
All wigs are bespoke and made to your mold and specifications. No returns are accepted. If there is a manufacturing fault, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs and we will assess and rectify at our cost.
Confidentiality
Your personal information will never be shared with third parties. If we wish to photograph your wig for portfolio or marketing purposes, we will seek your written permission first.
